She sat at the head of the table, her crimson gown pooling around her. She sipped from her goblet, the rich red wine staining her lips. Bruce stood like a statue near her, waiting for her next command. Her gaze was fixed on Lucifer, seated near her. He had been silent since their earlier discussion, and she didn't know what was going through his mind.
