Disclaimer
There will be quite a bit of AU in this story, especially considering the world background and stuff like Imu / the origin of Devil Fruits. Just stuff that Oda hasn't revealed yet. There will also be a pretty good explanation for all of the AU in the first chapter, so don't go crying.
Something else I will change is that a lot of characters might be a bit stronger than in the anime, as I just feel like the ceiling that Oda has set for the world until now is somewhat low. So expect many island-shattering battles and high levels of Haki and physical strength, similar to the Path to Power fan fic, as I took some inspiration from it.
In addition to that, the Mc's devil fruit is quite strong with all the applications I have thought of, so I would either need to nerf the mc slightly, or make the other characters stronger. Since I feel like mc-nerfs are very hated on here (I don't like them either) I chose to slightly buff other characters,but its not too much.
At most a single level in some kind of Haki proficiency or Devil Fruit mastery.)
Aside from that I will try to follow the time- and storyline of the original work as closely as possible, but as not everything is documented perfectly I might make some mistakes, so keep that in mind.
Also, if you feel like this fanfic is slightly familiar or already exists in you library, its because I already uploaded like 6 chapters a few months ago before picking it up again just now.
Expect an upload frequency of about 3 chapters per week.
