Leo followed David and Brodie down a narrow hallway, the sound of their footsteps echoing faintly off the cold stone walls. The air felt heavier here, laced with powerful mana. At the end of the hall stood a massive obsidian door, its surface covered in intricate runes that pulsed softly with light.

"This is it," Brodie said, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a sleek, metallic card. It shimmered faintly under the corridor's light.

David stepped forward, producing an identical card. "Don't touch anything, Leo. Without the card, the defensive spells on this door will… react."
