Basically, it is inspired by Ember Knight, Nanomachine, and Reformation of the Deadbeat Noble. The story of a villager who after a bandit raid on his village woke with nanomachines in his bloodstream. How did the 'nanomachines' get into his world? Probably 'aliens' or something of a similar nature.
