Lea twirls her iced latte between her hands, the glass clinking softly against the table. She's been grinning at me like she has a secret, and I know it's only a matter of time before she spills.

"Alright, out with it," I say, leaning back in my chair and giving her a pointed look. "What's got you so smug today?"

She laughs, shaking her head. "You're going to love this. Michael suggested we go out this weekend. Together. And before you ask, yes, I mean with you and Damien."

I raise an eyebrow, pretending to be skeptical. "Michael, the quiet, grumpy bodyguard, actually suggested a double date?"

She nods, looking way too pleased with herself. "Can you believe it? I mean, it's not like I haven't been trying to wear him down or anything."

I can't help but laugh. "You've been relentless, Lea. Poor guy probably didn't stand a chance."

"Exactly," she says, smirking. "So, what do you think? Are you and Damien up for it?"
