Kapitel 11: Chapter 11

As Michael retreats to his study, i make my way to the guest room I am currently staying in. I can feel my mind going round and round in circles , and my emotions flooding me making me feel more lost than ever. The idea of trusting Michael seems so impossible, but at the same time, I don't think I want to deny the pull I feel toward him. I know that he is cold, calculating, and infuriatingly secretive, but there is just something about him—something that makes me want to unravel the mystery he is presenting.

I sit down on the edge of the bed with my hands trembling as i think about what he had said. He told me that I have changed the rules, but what does that really mean? And how much has things really changed between us?
