The moment they met, Tiel Brightwell had become a bully in her life—and later, a villain. There wasn't much more to say about it, except that sometimes, even when he wasn't doing anything—or wasn't even there—Celeste found herself cursing him. Not aloud, but deep down.
More often than not, she imagined horrible, nightmarish things happening to him. So vivid were these thoughts that they followed her into her dreams—scenarios ripped straight from a horror film. In her mind, Celeste had come to see Tiel as someone born with a rotten core.
Useless. A waste of air.
Being close to the Brightwells, Celeste secretly hoped she'd find Tiel in some pathetic situation—something that could soothe the simmering rage she felt inside, a rage that had only grown since the scare he caused her.
It was a feeling she had developed over time. But just as it took time for her to hate him, it was also time that helped her see Tiel for what he really was: human.
Argh! This is so bad. TT=TT
I'm falling behind with my updates. But I'll be updating regularly again in the near future :D
