Kapitel 68: Coffee

Jenny chose to leave because her younger brother asked her to leave.

Maybe he didn't want to be seen by her.

Aldric did not think about the thoughts of the two siblings.

For him as long as Theo did not contradict him, it would be easy.

He continued to give instructions gently.

As he expected, the barbell without weight plates was already heavy enough for him. He could barely lift his legs after lowering it.

Aldric who stood behind helped push the barbell gently.

"You have to lift it 12 times, then rest for a while and repeat it 4 more times." Aldric occasionally explained to him.

At this moment, he saw the boy starting to pant. Sweat ran down his forehead.

'At least he can still move,' Aldric thought.

Fortunately, this boy did seem to have the determination to train. He kept trying without asking to stop, which made Aldric find it easy to teach him.
