The novel is very good, but there are very few chapters. I would like to know the name of the original novel?????????¿???????????????????????

good story, it's just very annoying that the MC is referred to as Qin Tian all the time even though he should actually be Oscar, especially when everyone else has German names or when others address him as Oscar. That seems to alienate the MC from the story. Can it maybe be changed?
