Kapitel 62: Xavier; Man of Nature

Xavier's eyes scanned the area, trying to locate the men and the source of the voices. He took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest, and then he followed the sound, moving stealthily through the underbrush.

As Xavier struggled through the underbrush, the voices grew louder, and he caught pieces of conversation. It sounded like several individuals, all speaking in hushed tones. He could not make out what they were saying, but the tone was unmistakable: this was some sort of meeting, and it sounded secretive.

Now Xavier's heart was racing within his chest. He felt this in his bones, that he was onto something big. He began to slow down, making sure not to make any noise while edging closer to the group.
