Hai Bo Dong fell from the sky instantly, but Queen Medusa did not pursue him further. Instead, she coldly said, "There are other human experts approaching. We should leave now!"

As they left, Queen Medusa discreetly glanced at a dune to the west. With a flap of her wings, she and the two elders quickly departed.
Behind that dune were Xiao Yu and Cai Die, who had just arrived. Xiao Yu noticed the glance from Queen Medusa before she left. Afterward, he asked, "Was that your sister?"
However, when he turned to look at Cai Die, he saw her trembling slightly, her face showing signs of pain as she clutched her head, as if recalling something.
"What's wrong? Did you remember something?" Xiao Yu frowned. The cold, seductive glance Queen Medusa gave them earlier had startled him, and he couldn't help but break out in a cold sweat. Truly, the gaze of Queen Medusa, known for her beauty and cruelty, was intimidating.

At that moment, Hai bo Dong, who had fallen into the sand, cursed, "That woman is truly vicious! What kind of strange seal is this? Damn it!"
Right after he spoke, a wave of dizziness washed over him. "Damn it, there's poison in that seal!"
Seeing the massive beast approaching from afar, Hai bo Dong couldn't be sure whether it was friend or foe. He decided to leave for Stone Desert City to detoxify himself first. Though his strength had been sealed down to the Dou Spirit level, he could still move quickly, using his agility to flee.
Xiao Yu rubbed his chin as he watched Hai bo Dong's figure fade into the distance. He sighed, "The Ice Emperor sure is resilient. After all that, he's still able to walk around. Tough guy."
As he spoke, the enormous flying beast in the sky had already arrived overhead. Its huge wings stirred up gusts of wind, whipping up sandstorms that buried Xiao Yu and Cai Die beneath the sand.
The beast slowly descended not far from where Xiao Yu was hiding. Gu He, along with Yan Shi, Feng Li, and others, leapt down from the beast and approached the large crater in the ground.
Surveying the surroundings, Gu He remarked, "There's still a lingering chill in the air here. One of the Dou Emperor-level experts involved must have been Queen Medusa. But who was fighting her? And what were they after?"
At that moment, some of the Dou Ling subordinates found a few colorful snake scales in the magma pit and handed them to Gu He. After examining the scales, his expression changed. "Could it be that Medusa came here for the Green Lotus Core Flame?"
From atop the beast, Yue Mei sneered, "Do you really think you can steal the Heavenly Flame in the desert? Our Queen will soon kill you hypocritical humans!"
Despite her words, Yue Mei couldn't help but feel worried. She knew that the only reason Queen Medusa would risk seeking the Heavenly Flame was for the Snake-People Tribe's secret technique—to devour the flame and advance her strength.
Gu He glanced at the magma pit again and sighed softly. "It seems we will have to pay a visit to the Snake-People Tribe. Fortunately, I came prepared. This journey may turn into a negotiation with Queen Medusa."
With that, the group returned to the beast, ready to depart. However, just as they were about to leave, Cai Die, who was hiding beside Xiao Yu, suddenly felt a sharp pain in her head. Her Dou Qi surged uncontrollably, causing Xiao Yu to mutter to himself, "This is bad!"
Sure enough, Cai Die's burst of energy caught the attention of Yan Shi and Feng Li, who immediately sensed the presence of a Snake-Person's aura. With sharp gazes, they looked toward the sand dune and shouted, "Who's hiding there? Come out!"
A powerful sound wave rippled through the air, crashing toward where Xiao Yu and Cai Die were concealed. Xiao Yu had no choice but to act. With a swift movement, he unsheathed his Mo Lin sword, sending a web of sword energy into the air to clash against the sound wave.
With a loud bang, Xiao Yu grabbed Cai Die and retreated a few steps, his insides churning from the force of the attack. The casual strike from a Dou King was far beyond the ability of a Dou Master like him to handle. **Power… I'm still too weak!** he thought bitterly.
Yan Shi frowned as he stared at the two figures that had emerged. "There was clearly a Snake-Person's aura just now, so why are there two humans here?"
Behind them, Yue Mei, hidden under her cloak, froze when she saw Cai Die's face. Her expression turned pale as she thought, **That's… the Queen's sister!**

His words caused everyone's expressions to shift. "A Snake-Person? But she has legs!" Feng Li questioned skeptically.
Gu He also narrowed his eyes, scrutinizing Cai Die more carefully. "She's taken a transformation pill. She nearly deceived us."
Yan Shi stepped forward, his voice booming, "Boy, I am the Lion King, Yan Shi. Since you're human, I'll give you a chance. Hand over the Snake-Person, and I'll let you leave unharmed!"
Cai Die, trembling in fear, hid behind Xiao Yu and whispered in his ear, "I-I'm sorry."
Xiao Yu sighed and shook his head. "It's alright. Let's focus on getting out of here first."
As he spoke, Xiao Yu's attention drifted toward the black-robed figure behind the group of experts. He knew that the figure must be Yun Yun.
Behind her cloak, Yun Yun's hands clenched tightly when she sensed Xiao Yu's gaze.
