I close my eyes, trying to stay calm but I am far from it.

"Father, I will only remind you once again that I am the alpha now, you left. I rule, you retired."

"Have you ever had an alpha who stays in on full moons and doesn't lead their pack to hunt and do the full moon rituals?"

"I will keep the rituals up to date, send me a few virgins to sacrifice on a new moon, it should make up for the full moon absence."

"Have you lost your mind? Is this the time to be sarcastic with me?!"

Today, I am choosing calm and grace as I deal with my father. I have promised myself not to throw him out or even yell back at him.
