Kapitel 240: Chapter 255: The Ancient Celestial Palace!

Before long, Mandara let out a moan, her voice filled with unprecedented relief. She opened her eyes and woke up, getting up from the cold ground. After briefly sensing the state of her body, she realized that the curse entangling her for so long had completely disappeared.

Her body felt lighter than ever, and her spiritual power was extremely active, nearly reaching the peak of a Lower Earth Sovereign. She even had the prospect of breaking through to an Upper Earth Sovereign within ten years.

Mandara's little face immediately showed a hint of joy. She looked up at Jiang Yun, who was sitting on her throne, smiling at her, and said gratefully, "Thank you, senior, for your help!"

"Do you believe I'm not a bad person now?" Jiang Yun couldn't help but tease as he looked at the relaxed Mandara.

"Senior, you jest. It was my offense earlier; I hope you can forgive me." Hearing this, Mandara's little face flushed involuntarily, her expression somewhat awkward. After Jiang Yun fully displayed his power, she realized that if he really wanted to do something to her, she would be utterly defenseless.

"No worries, these are trivial matters." Jiang Yun smiled faintly, then after a moment of contemplation, said, "There are countless opportunities within the Ancient Celestial Palace. I wish to enter it; there should be something I need in there."

Mandara frowned, her voice grave as she said, "No one can predict the opening time of the Ancient Celestial Palace. Many top forces, whether from the Tianluo Continent or its vicinity, have tried to open it, but even Supreme Sovereigns have failed."

"Once, people from the Divine Pavilion mentioned that within the Fallen Battlefield, there might be tokens left by high-ranking figures from the Ancient Celestial Palace, potentially the key to opening it. However, despite the countless battlefield relics across the Tianluo Continent, no such token has surfaced over the years, let alone one that could reactivate the palace."

"From what I understand, the northern region once belonged to the fourth temple master of the Ancient Celestial Palace. His Star Suppressing Demon Tower can sense the palace. With your strength, senior, it should be within reach."

The Fallen Battlefield in the northern region was the ruins from the battle between the fourth temple master of the Ancient Celestial Palace and an Outer Evil Kind strongman. The master had nearly reached the Supreme Sovereign state, and his opponent was at least of the same level.

The ruins of such a mighty battle posed risks even to general Earth Sovereigns, but for Jiang Yun, they were trivial.

"This method is feasible, but finding the Star Suppressing Demon Tower is uncertain. Also, using it to summon the Ancient Celestial Palace would create such a commotion that all the strongmen on the Tianluo Continent would notice, causing too much trouble." Jiang Yun shook his head disappointedly at Mandara's words; this wasn't what he wanted to hear.

Then, Jiang Yun's tone shifted, his serene and deep gaze seeming to see through Mandara as he calmly said, "Little Mandala Flower, you're not being honest."

"How do you know…" Mandara felt a chill all over, a look of shock flashing across her cold little face as she stared at Jiang Yun. Only now did she realize that Jiang Yun had always called her Mandara, not Mandala as she publicly declared. He knew her identity from the beginning.

"If I wasn't fully confident, why would I seek you out?" Jiang Yun sneered, "The Heavenly Emperor had no disciples or heirs but once nurtured a divine Mandala flower, which he saw as a foster daughter. Your ancient and strong origin confirms my guess. I saw through it from the start, but it seems you've wasted my goodwill."

Mandara felt cold as Jiang Yun's indifferent gaze focused on her, making her feel as though she could be killed at any moment, her life and death out of her control.

"Please, senior, forgive me. It's not that I didn't tell the truth; I have an enemy in the northern region and must be cautious. Furthermore, I was ambushed and lost many memories. Even as the Ancient Celestial Palace's disciple, I cannot find a way back. I fear I can't help you."

"You mean the Heavenly Emperor's former steed? He's not worthy of my effort against you." Jiang Yun's gaze remained calm, filled with disdain. "If I'm not mistaken, your true form still exists within the Ancient Celestial Palace. Using the connection between you, I can open a temporary passage to transport us near your true form."

Jiang Yun's gaze seemed to pierce through the hall's ceiling, looking into the infinite starry sky!

"That's too dangerous. The Ancient Celestial Palace is hidden in the void, surrounded by space storms. Anyone weak approaching would be torn apart. Also, the palace has arrays set by the Heavenly Emperor, a Saint-tier Supreme Sovereign. Even as a Supreme Sovereign, you risk your life!" Mandara's face changed dramatically as she hurriedly spoke. Unconsciously, her wariness of Jiang Yun had melted, replaced by worry for his safety.

"Since I proposed this, I'm confident. I'm very familiar with space storms." A trace of a light smile flickered in Jiang Yun's eyes. From the age of six, he had been through space storms. Even recently, during his ascension, he experienced one again, making it an 'old friend.'

Under Jiang Yun's confident smile, Mandara could only nod eventually.

Seeing this, Jiang Yun smiled with satisfaction. A cluster of black and white flames deep in his eyes slowly faded away. Although the final outcome wouldn't change, Mandara had made the best choice.

In a hidden part of the void, an area Jiang Yun sensed as most likely where the Ancient Celestial Palace was, Mandara sat cross-legged, eyes closed, emitting strands of green light.

Jiang Yun unleashed his spiritual light, sealing off the surrounding void to prevent the phenomenon from being noticed. Since his emergence in the northern region became known, several Supreme Sovereigns had been secretly watching.

A mysterious wave emanated from the void. After a long time, Mandara re-established a connection with her true form, and Jiang Yun sensed faint spiritual waves. His eyes flashed, and the next moment, he vanished, following the soul thread to open a temporary passage.

"Sigh—" Watching Jiang Yun enter the passage, Mandara murmured with a sigh, "I hope you succeed and acquire the Heavenly Emperor's legacy."

In the depths of endless void turbulence, a vast and ancient ruin occasionally loomed. A figure moved with the currents, gradually nearing the edge of the ruins.

"As expected of an array set by a Saint-tier Supreme Sovereign. Even if the Heavenly Emperor wasn't a grandmaster in spirit arrays, his power is immense. Despite the passage of time, this array retains its strength. But with no one maintaining it, there are flaws."

"However, the array prohibits powerful beings from entering, which is troublesome." Jiang Yun sensed the void repelling him. Raising his hand, he set an array to seal his aura down to the Supreme level, easing the repulsion significantly.

With his eyes glimmering, Jiang Yun conducted multiple teleportation probes around the vast ruins. Finally, when space turbulence weakened the area's strength, he swiftly pinpointed a weak spot in the array and struck.

The ancient world, filled with primitive energy, had a dim sky with occasional space cracks stretching across it.

On an expansive land with seemingly endless mountains, ancient halls were faintly visible. In the far distance, floating stone islands could be vaguely seen, though they all appeared desolate.

This space had been silent for ages.

Finding nothing he needed on the outskirts, Jiang Yun quickly moved towards the denser energy.

Passing through ruined ancient cities, decimated completely, and skeletal remains outside the temple ruins, their faces seemed locked in horrified expressions as if something terrifying had descended.

Within the Ancient Celestial Palace ruins, Jiang Yun navigated through ancient spirit arrays unnoticed.

Soon, he reached a vast blue sea, with rolling waves occasionally rising high.

Scanning the distant islands, covered with temples symbolizing past glory, he focused on the first temple underwater.

Though his conversation with Mandara was tense, Jiang Yun was trustworthy. Since he had agreed, he wouldn't go back on his word.

Navigating through underwater ruins, Jiang Yun finally stood before an ancient, damaged temple. A peculiar fragrance wafted out, entrancing.

The temple's interior was in ruins, bleached bones hinting at a brutal battle long ago.

At the temple's end, Jiang Yun waved his sleeve, opening the ancient stone door. An ancient aura emanated.

Light penetrated, revealing the end of the ruined plaza. There, on a blood-jade lotus pedestal, a pitch-black, strangely beautiful flower drooped slightly.

Beside it were the remnants of a fierce battle, deep cracks on the ground, and numerous glowing white skeletons emitting a powerful pressure; they had been formidable Earth Sovereigns in life.

Jiang Yun approached the Mandala flower, surrounded by a dark glow, ancient patterns showing its extraordinariness.

"A remarkable divine flower of the Great Thousand World, comparable to the Bodhi Ancient Tree, even slightly superior." Jiang Yun murmured, observing the Mandala flower.

The Mandala flower, with countless legends, was extremely rare. Fully grown, it was no less powerful than super divine beasts, perhaps exceeding them, attracting countless super forces. It was nurtured by the Heavenly Emperor but hadn't reached its potential due to the ancient war.

Despite its untapped potential, the flower was at the Grand Completion Earth Sovereign level. Mandara displayed merely a Lower Earth Sovereign strength due to her separated true form.

Given time, breaking through to Supreme Sovereign was possible for her.

Jiang Yun believed using the Mandala flower as the main ingredient could create a supreme or saint-tier pill.

Eyeing the spirit array around, Jiang Yun sent several spirit seals to critical points, dispelling it. He then seized the flower and its lotus stand.

A casual act for Jiang Yun, honoring the agreement with Mandara and ensuring the flower's security.

Finally, Jiang Yun moved towards the heaviest energy area.

In a barren mountain range devoid of life, signs of devastating force lingered from ages past.

In an ancient, silent burial ground's sky, space suddenly distorted, and a tall figure stepped out, hovering and surveying below.
