Kapitel 83: 83. Awkward Dinner

At the dinner table, as everyone arrived, the surprise upon seeing Alex seated at the table beised Wiliams was evident in their eyes. Nicholas seated at the other end of the table and also came as a surprise to Dominic and his family, for Nicholas had never given them face before. Imagining him sitting with them over dinner was unimaginable until today.

"Elder Legend," Dominic greeted. Nicholas looked at him and gave him a nod. It wouldn't be right to ignore Wiliams' children now.

Seeing Nicholas acknowledge their father, Adam and Olivia also gave their greetings to the man, but Lily was still hesitant. She hated him for visiting today, making everything seem pre-planned.

"Uncles Alex," Olivia smiled as she called to him. Alex looked up at her, seeing her smile. He k ew she must be up to something, but he wasn't certain, so he remained silent. "We… no, I wasn't expecting you here," she said while fidgeting with her fingers.
