Going over each skill, he mainly realized that he was mistaken about something.
To be honest, for a moment, he believed that the change from the chakra he previously had to MP was a mistake. You see, he didn't know how it was quantified in numbers, but he definitely had enough chakra not to be limited to just a few jutsus and get tired afterward.
However, MP was different, especially in the beginning, he ran out of MP very quickly. But now that the skills leveled up, he understood something.
