I nearly crushed the phone in my hand when I heard Rosa’s words.

“Jax-Jaxon, get the car...” My voice was trembling due to the anxiety and fear I felt for my mate and our unborn pup.

“Alpha?” Jaxon asked in confusion.

“GET THE CAR READY!” I roared, making Jaxon dash out of the room to get the car, knowing how important and urgent the matter was that it was able to get me all riled up.

“Paviar, come with us. Alpha Daniel, I’m sorry, but something happened to my mate,” I apologized and ran like hell toward the car without waiting for his reply, and Paviar strangely was able to keep up with my speed.

I jumped onto the passenger seat and commanded Jaxon using my Alpha tone, “Drive fast. We are going back to the Silentmane Canines Pack. Your Luna is hurt.”

Jaxon was stunned to hear the news, but he regained his composure in a second and drove as fast as he could, nearly sending the car flying along the way.
