The humidity around my body woke me up from my deep slumber.

I wanted to stretch my body as I usually did every time I woke up, especially now that I felt my whole body was sore, but the moment my eyes opened, I saw a face that made me want to jump out of bed in panic.

I pushed away his arm that was slung over my waist gently, not wanting to wake him up.

Hayden was sleeping butt-naked on his front and there were lots of scratches on his back and a hickey on his neck.

I looked down at my naked body to not only see the bruises left by the rogues but also marks of kisses all over my body.

Memories of what had transpired between us last night flooded my mind. The way my body felt like it had been crushed, the soreness between my legs, and the hickey all over my body served as a reminder of what had happened between us clearly.
