Kapitel 46: Not all mates are soul mates

"But why?"

Rose asked Emily hoping to know the reason.

Mates are like one mind, one soul, one being, kind of deal. That's why it's really difficult to understand that a mate wanted to harm his mate.

"I don't know. Actually, I met him just a year ago. But he brought me so many problems."

Emily looked angry.

"What problems?"

Emily didn't hesitate to explain.

"He has a sweetheart. They were really close. That girl is a bad person. Everyone thinks she is this innocent, great girl but when she is with me, she always trips me up and portrays me as a bully."

Rose felt sad for her.

"He wanted to take my powers for her. Isn't that ridiculous?"

"How wrong is this?"

Ria muttered. But the witch and werewolf could hear her.

"Come here, Ria. I'll add a boundary spell so you don't feel uncomfortable."

Rose threw the spell and Ria instantly felt light and breezy. She sat on the sofa before them and listened.
