The next day, they went to an event that took place near a historical monument in the city. The monument is believed to be where the world's first Alpha and Omega started.

"It was a big event, too, with lots of people setting up small shops selling their wares. I wonder what they're selling," Daren said as he got out of the car and looked at the field crowded with people.

"Huft, too crowded." Axel snorted in annoyance because he didn't really like crowds. Moreover, a situation like this would be prone to dangerous things for Daren.

"Of course it's crowded, it's a public event. Not a banquet where only certain people come. Let's get to it!"

He walked ahead of Axel because he was curious about what was inside the event. A lot of people had booths about costume rental, selling accessories, food and so on.

But it was very crowded, making Daren jostle with other people. He almost got separated from Axel.
