When he logged out, it was already an hour past midnight in Eldoria. It had already been 15 minutes since he had logged out, so another hour had passed in Eldoria.

Sunrise in the northern region of the Alliance of Light, where Dawnspire, the Darkwood Forest, and the Temple of Gods were located, happened around 5 AM.

If he wasted 45 more minutes on Earth and then logged back in, it would be morning in the game world. The nightmare would have ended. He would be able to progress to the most exciting part of New World Online, which was an open world experience with plenty of places to explore, countless quests, dungeons, and events to complete.
