"Notify the government immediately and have them send a team to track down Margaret's whereabouts," the future queen ordered. "Why wasn't the princess better protected?"
"The opposing force was numerous, and they dispatched two cars to block the escort's vehicle. A street fight ensued, and the attackers managed to escape," the royal housekeeper explained.
"What's the current status?" Elizabeth asked.
"Despite the best efforts of the royal guard, the attackers eluded capture. They were well-trained and outmatched our guards," the housekeeper replied.
With Princess Margaret's kidnapping confirmed, MI6 was tasked with a swift investigation. The British mainland made the search somewhat manageable, and Hardy's involvement was clear.
The lead investigator reported to Princess Elizabeth:
"Your Highness, our investigation revealed that Princess Margaret and Miss Taylor were shopping in an Oxford Street clothing store. A young man later entered the store, someone known to Miss Taylor. They greeted each other warmly, and Miss Taylor excitedly embraced him."
Elizabeth was surprised.
"And who is this man?"
"The young man was identified as Jon Hardy, the wealthiest American," the investigator continued. "We showed his photo to the store staff, and they confirmed that he was indeed Jon Hardy."
The future queen reviewed the photo. Knowing Hardy's reputation, she was somewhat reassured that he wouldn't harm Margaret. However, the reason for his actions puzzled her.
"What prompted Hardy to take Princess Margaret?" she asked.
"We're not sure, but it seems there was a dispute between them. Afterward, Hardy took Princess Margaret and Miss Taylor with him," the investigator explained.
"Dispute? Over what?" Elizabeth wondered aloud.
She found it strange that her sister, who had previously avoided Taylor, would suddenly involve her in such a situation.
"Where are Hardy and Margaret now?" Elizabeth asked.
"We haven't located them yet. Our sources confirm that Hardy's private jet is still at London Airport," the investigator responded.
"Continue the search and find the princess," Elizabeth ordered.
"And if we locate her?" the investigator inquired.
"Ensure her safety. I believe Hardy's intention is likely to take her out for entertainment. Once she is safe, I'm confident Hardy will return her," Elizabeth said, hoping for a peaceful resolution.
The investigator left to coordinate the search.
In the meantime, Hardy was easily located. He took Taylor and Princess Margaret to the largest bar and nightclub in Victoria.
Princess Margaret was surprised by the neon lights and asked, "Why have you brought me here?"
Hardy smiled. "Don't you enjoy excitement? The cocktail parties you attend are too dull. This place is where you can truly indulge and experience something different."
Margaret, feeling defiant, replied, "There's nothing I won't dare."
The trio entered the nightclub, a venue known for its lively atmosphere and reputation as a hotspot for London's most notorious gangsters. The space was filled with dim lights, pulsating music, and a crowd dancing energetically.
Taylor, new to this environment, clung to Hardy's arm nervously, while Margaret, though curious, felt intimidated by the chaos. She held onto Taylor's arm for comfort.
As the night progressed, both Margaret and Taylor adjusted to the scene. After a few drinks, they joined Hardy on the dance floor.
The crowd was captivated by their presence. When an unwelcome hand reached towards Margaret, Hardy swiftly intervened, knocking the offender to the ground. The crowd cheered, fueling the night's wild energy.
Margaret was taken aback by Hardy's aggressive response but found it thrilling. As Hardy dispatched a few more troublemakers, the atmosphere grew even more exhilarating.

Back at the table, Hardy lit a cigarette, and Margaret took a sip of her drink. She raised her glass in a toast to Hardy.
Hardy smiled and clinked his bottle against hers, taking a deep drink. Margaret, eager to match him, attempted to drink quickly but ended up spilling the beer, much to everyone's amusement.
The night continued with high spirits as a boxing match began in the club. Margaret and Taylor cheered from both sides of Hardy, completely absorbed in the excitement.
Princess Elizabeth received another report.
"They're partying in a nightclub?" she asked incredulously.
"Yes, Your Highness," came the reply. "After leaving the clothing store, they went to a nightclub in Victoria. They've been drinking and enjoying themselves there."
"Is the nightclub safe?" Elizabeth inquired.
"The club is run by London's largest gangster family. While it's chaotic and filled with unsavory characters, Hardy's security team should ensure their safety," the report noted.
Elizabeth was frustrated by the situation. "A British princess and a billionaire in a nightclub—it's highly inappropriate. Make sure someone is stationed there to protect Margaret until she returns safely."
The investigator acknowledged the order and departed.
"Also, keep this matter out of the media," Elizabeth added, ensuring that the situation remained discreet.
"Yes, Your Highness," was the response.
The search continued as the night wore on, with Elizabeth hoping for a resolution that would ensure Princess Margaret's safety and return.
