Kapitel 75: The creep under the water

Though Ave had intended to fall into the river as she knew how to swim and wanted to prank the Princesses, she didn't expect what had just happened. The moment she fell into the water, it was like an invisible force was pulling her down to the bottom of the water, where she saw nothing but darkness.

No matter how much she tried to swim back up, the force was so strong it was pulling her down. Her eyes widened when she thought she saw something move at the bottom of the water, and before she knew it, something like a creeper crawled up from the bottom and wrapped itself around her ankle, pulling her further down. Ave's eyes widened as she saw figures like ghosts at the bottom of the river looking up at her with lifeless, hollow eyes.
