Kapitel 57: A NEW BOSS IN TEXAS

GABRIELLA'S POV

"Father I want a post in the company at Texas" I announced as soon as I walked into the room.

He stared at me for some brief seconds before finally taking his eyes off me like I was not in the room, like I had suddenly gone invisible to him.

"You can start work anytime you like" he said and I smiled as I walked closer to him to thank him. It was very strange that he was granting my request without any much quarrel between us but I loved it anyway, may be he had finally come to his senses and have started to learn how important I am to him.

"Thank you sir, I would leave for Texas immediately" I heard Lucas voice coming from behind him and my dad smiled back at him.

Apparently he was not talking to me and was only referring to Lucas who was standing behind me and as usual had completely ignored me like a plague.

The anger in me immediately skyrocketed and my blood boiled in anger.
