Kapitel 10: Fabrication
Monika was shocked upon hearing that. Ronin had shown an expression of being shocked.
Monika quickly shouted,
" What did I even do ??"
Roy replied ,
" You're the one who killed Jessica and Robin by hiring killers. We have physical evidences that supports our investigation. Moreover we suspect that you are involved with the recent Drug Token Organisation. "
" These are all false !!!!"
Monika shouted .
Leon was looking the whole scean with his wide eyes.
Lloy and Shank were even more confused.
" We literally came to save Monika and they are saying that Monika is the criminal ??? What nonsense ?"
"That's a fabrication."
Roy said , " Calm down. Be considerate with us."
Ronin hold Monika's hand at that time.
" Calm down Miko. As you are being framed, you've the right to call your lawyer."
Hearing that, Monika said,
" Yes yes. I want to talk with my lawyer."
Ronin then said ,
" Miko ! Don't forget that I've all types of rights on you as your lover."
Monika was looking at Ronin shockingly. Monika said ,
" Why would you say someth...."
" Trust me Miko ! And remember what I said. Now make the call . Call Karen only."
" Okie "
All the CSD officers waited there. Monika being a citizen had clear rights to call her lawyer or defence attorney whenever she felt like she would be dragged into a case. So, CSD officers couldn't stop her right now.
Monika immediately created a distance from the CSD officers so that they don't hear what Monika says to her lawyer. CSD officers weren't afraid of Monika running away or calling someone. Because both of these two options were bad for Monika. Only good option was calling her lawyer.
With response to Monika's phone call,
Karen picked up the phone,
" Yes ! Monika ! You've remembered me ?"
" Yes senior. I fell into a great danger, can you help me please !!! I need a defence attorney right now. Can you take up my case?? You know me."
Monika said that while rushing.
Karen replied,
" Calm down Monika . Listen ! Whatever happened, proceed with the police ."
" CSD is here."
" Okay don't worry. I'll be right in the station. Don't worry. Before that , let me ask you ,
Are you willing to make me your defence attorney???"
" Yes yes !"
Karen asked that question regardless of it's being obvious. She wanted a record of a direct statement of Monika claiming that Karen would be her defence attorney.
Then Karen asked ,
" Will you give me all the legal rights to access the details related to your case ?"
Even this is an obvious thing. Cause when someone hires a lawyer, this will become obvious and don't even need to ask for it.
But then why was Karen asking this ???
There are many fabricated cases. So, a direct statement would save and work as a contingent against many possible fabrication.
In other words not only Karen , but also many professional lawyers would do the same in this world .
Understanding this, Monika immediately said ,
" Yes !"
" Okay that's all . I'm going to the CSD headquarters. Wait for me !"
Monika suddenly remembered something and said ,
" Wait !!!"
" Tell "
" I want my Ronin to have the same right as you to be involved in this case too."
" As a defendant, do you give permission to Ronin having the rights to access on your case ??"
" Yes yes . I as a defendant give every permission Ronin that needs in this case to defend me !"
" Okay . I'll be there ."
Then Karen cut the call.
Now Monika remembered why Ronin had said that he had all rights on her in such a situation. Basically Ronin wanted Monika to give Ronin the permission to access the documents. Moreover, Ronin by saying that he had all the rights on her also indicated Monika to only rely on him . Ronin's sentence was just a reminder for her.

Ronin tried to argue with Roy..
As the law of this country, every citizens have the rights to question the law and it's orders if they are directly involved with that. Ronin could easily argue with Roy using the law . But would Roy allow that ?? If Roy proves that Ronin was uninvolved in this case using his power and the relationship between Ronin-Monika, he could just directly avoid Ronin.
" You are nothing but her boyfriend. Get aside otherwise I'll command my men to beat the pulp out of you."
That's what Ronin had heard. What Roy had said was indeed true. Ronin was just her boyfriend. Not her husband. A boyfriend doesn't get the same legal rights as a husband to directly get himself involved in the a case regarding his spouse.
Upon the news being spread to Chris , one of the uncles of Monika, he directly rushed at the CSD with one of the well known lawyers.
Ronin was with them too.

In the CSD building, inside a room,
Chris, the lawyer and Ronin were sitting across a table. Roy was on the other side of the table.
Karen, as a lawyer, get her hand on the evidences easily.
Karen was a well known lawyer in this city. She was a woman of 26 , independent and strong, beautiful and astonishing yet Charming. She had a great figure despite her being busy with cases most of the time. She had golden hairs , a sharp jawline and beautiful facial harmony. Her face replicates that of an angel who had fallen into earth. More like a fallen angel.
She was a beauty with talent.
Right now, Monika was being kept on a jail of CSD. It was in the farthest corner of the CSD building. This side of the building is known as , "Criminal Captive Area" . It's the side with the highest security possible in the entire city. No one from the outside knows what type of criminals basically resides on that place.
Monika was kept there !
Her soul was being drained at a rapid rate.
She couldn't even comprehend properly what was happening with her.
First she was abducted.
Second she was arrested.
She only had one moment good with her boyfriend after the rescue.
On the negotiation room....
Roy understanding the sign already called the prosecutor.
Because without a prosecutor, this case wouldn't have been exposed to the government for having an arrest warrant.
Monika was arrested under a warrant issued by a judge. So a prosecutor must be there to represent the case to a government authority.
A man had entered the room. He was middle aged, has beard on his face. He has broad chest and his physique has traits masculinity. He also works out enough and his bulging muscles could be seen even though he is wearing a suit and formal pant. He was way taller than everyone present on that room. Upon seeing him, Karen was the most shocked.
" To think that they had prepared this far !"
This man was none other than Karen's ex husband. Their marriage lasted 4 years before this man had cheated on her. His name was Agus Istin . Agus is a vigilant and cunning man . With his scheming abilities, not even innocents won't survive inside a court. And right now the biggest concern had appeared. It's a big conspiracy and Monika was being dragged. And in this kind of scenario, a prosecutor like Agus had been hired.
Everyone's thinking : " Monika is done for sure."
Except Ronin. He knew Agus clearly. He would rather challenge Agus . What Agus ??
___I would fight with the world for her . Who is Agus then ??
That's how Ronin would think.
Agus soon came and took a sit beside Roy.
Upon looking Karen, Agus said ,
" It seems like my beautiful toy has come to take over the case "
Karen was disgusted after hearing this. But she couldn't let her personal feeling get into the case .
She asked ,
" Give me the file details."
"Sure. But let me ask. Who is this boy ??"
Then Agus pointed out at Ronin.
Karen didn't say anything.
The Agus said ,
" He is basically her lover. He has no legal rights to even see a single page related to the case. Karen ! You're being a professional defence attorney should know this right ?? How sensitive these case details and evidences are ?"
Karen didn't say a single word. Ronin was looking at Agus only.
He wanted to say something but he didn't.
Karen then said ,
" I know how sensitive these case details are! The love interest of Monika has no legal rights to access sensitive case details and evidences. As a defense attorney, I'm also bounded by the laws to not disclose any information regarding the case to outsiders. However there are of course exceptional situations where Ronin can actually access the details."
Both Agus and Roy frowned the brows.
Karen continued :
" If Ronin gets the defendant's permission, he can easily access to the case. If there is a direct statement from my client that indicates that Ronin should be a part of the case, he can access the case details. If Monika directly permits Ronin to access the confidential and sensitive details that are related to her own case, Ronin can access the case details."
She then slammed the table. She talked with a confident tone and her aura was that of a strong independent lady.
What Karen said was 100% right ( According to this world's law which has no connection with our real world) .
Upon hearing this, Roy said ,
" How can you be so sure that the defendant has given permission ?? Ever since she came into the cell, she has been sleeping unconsciously. Moreover do you have evidences that supports Monika giving permission to Ronin ?"
Ronin's pupil had shrunken. He now understood what's going on.
It's a scheme of Roy. None can access to CSD's cell except people directly involved with the government. Ronin was out of question. Because Ronin could never do that, Roy could say that : " Monika never gave permission"
Even if Ronin somehow gets into the cell, Roy would arrange something that'll make Monika unable to talk. This arrangement was what Roy had indicated when Agus said Monika being unconscious on Jail. Because they had fabricated an entire case, they could also shut Ronin , Karen and Chris once they entered the cell area. This was the scheme and Roy's arrangements.
Karen then said , " Actually Monika had given permission a lot ago. I've a recording of Monika and me talking and there she has a direct statement of saying that I should be her defence attorney and Ronin may have the same power to be involved in this case to defend his lover. "
" Bring it." Roy replied.
Then Roy told,
" This types of recording can be fabricated. Can't trust that unless you bring concrete evidence."
Agus then said ,
" Stop !!! Ronin . You may go with the case details."
Roy was dumbfounded.
Ronin smiled as he received the documents.
Then Karen said ,
" I want to meet my client"
Roy said ,
" Sure . Come with me . Ronin you too can come ."
" No ! I'll stay here. "
Roy had again looked at Ronin with devious intent. Roy hadn't understood why Agus directly agreed to their request.
First, why was Roy trying to avoid Ronin getting involved with the case details??
Because the mysterious person in light, who called himself a KNIGHT had forbade Roy to give any case details to Ronin.
Secondly Roy knew these were all a fabrication. So having muiltiple people involved and getting them access the case details would be much disadvantageous as it bears the risk of the fabrication being failed.
That's also a reason why this case isn't a public case and already taken from police through CSD's power.
In public case, all public can get right to access a certain details related to case.
And in scenario where the whole case is just a fabrication, making the case a public case will be the worst move. It'll destroy the whole fabrication. Because the more people are involved, the more awareness and evidences will be discovered that will work against the fabrication and prove the allegations to be false. It'll ruin Roy's plan.
Just handing the case details to a 3rd person carried this much risk. Making it public is even worse. And if someone like Ronin gets his hand on the case details, it'll be even much of a disaster.
What if only the defence attorney gets the right to access the case details ??
In this scenario, Roy could easily arrange something. But if more person specifically someone like Ronin gets involved here, it'll be much more difficult to arrange the fabrication. There are even chances that the whole plan might fail because of the involvement of 3rd persons. Bribing and deceiving the lawyers is always easy. But deceiving someone who is being praised by the KNIGHT won't never be easy.
