Kapitel 115: Torn apart

Zen came over to get Lithe but before they moved off he handed Lithe something, it was the small gun that enforcer Hamil had confiscated.

Hamil had obviously done some work on it because it looked clean and polished and he changed the bullets to the type that could kill shifters easily.

It took them twenty minutes of speed running to run swiftly to where they saw the last flare that lit up the night sky. 

The hybrid had attacked one of the females on the night watch shift.

She lay on the ground and blood pooled around her petite body in a scarlet flowing river of red. 

There was a wound on her stomach and the woman put her hands to where the wound was to try and stop the blood from seeping out. 

Her knee had been scraped and the outline of bone could be seen where the claws of the hybrid had scratched off the skin and the flesh was torn apart.
