Kapitel 110: A fight to the death

Slowly the group descended down the mountainside to get to the dead snake shifter's body. 

Zen had told Lithe that he could stay behind the clearing but having come this far Lithe was determined to go with the others.

So he took his time watching his footing because the earth beneath his feet was damp and loose.

Holding onto branches to prevent himself from falling.

It was pretty clear he was the city as he was the only one who looked awkward clutching onto the it bush to keep himself upright. 

Whatever came through this area was huge.

They saw claw marks in the trees as it ran down the mountainside to get to the snake shifter it ripped the brush wide apart to get out of its way.

This could never be a regular bear.

In Lithe's untrained eyes the claw marks look wider and monstrously large.
