Dragun managed to complete the teleportation formation in less than twenty-four hours and promptly informed Rowan about it.

Before preparing to leave, Rowan went to visit Ren and his family once again.

Last night, while sleeping, he rethought Dragun's words and made a firm decision to take Ren with him to Winterseed so he could observe him keenly.

His family were not against the idea, they believed in and trusted Rowan to take care of their husband and father wholeheartedly.

After settling this, Rowan went to meet with the soldiers near the north walls of the village.

Since the village square was occupied by Dragun's teleportation formation, Rowan could only speak with them there.

He spoke to them for several minutes and carefully chose the best among them to act as a leader in the village while he and Ren were away.
