He opened it to find a couple standing in the hallway—a man about his age, tall and lanky, with an easy smile, and a woman who had a glint in her eye the moment she saw him.

"Hey, mate!" the man said, extending his hand. "I'm Dan, your neighbor from next door. Thought we'd come over and help you unpack. You must be the new tenant."

Sung Min smiled, shaking Dan's hand. "Yeah, that's me. Lee Sung Min. Nice to meet you."

"This is my girlfriend, Lucy," Dan said, gesturing to the woman beside him.

Lucy gave him a smile that was a little too wide, stepping closer than necessary. "Sung Min, huh? That's a unique name. What do you do?"

Lucy's eyes lit up instantly. "Oh, you're a footballer? Like, for a professional team?"
