"Hey Yumi!" - Shun picked up his little sister, smiling as he did so. He then walked towards the kitchen with the little girl.

"Hi mom!" - Shun said excitedly as he placed his little sister at the table.

"You seem excited, kid. Did something happen?" - Shun's mother, Aiko, smiled as she saw her son in high spirits.

"Huh? Nothing happened, hehe. I guess I'm just excited about the prefectural tournament." - Shun replied sincerely. Tomorrow after school would be the first game of the Tokyo tournament that led to the Kanto tournament.

"Ohh, so that's it, huh? Well, let's eat. Your sister texted me saying she'd be dining out with the girls." - Aiko put the food on the table and sat down, her husband was traveling for work.

"Hm! I'm starving!" - Shun knew that his sister was probably dining with the entire Tokyo Nakano senior team and not just the girls, but he silently thanked his mother for not bringing it up and quickly started eating.

"Yumi dear, what's wrong?" - Aiko looked at her daughter and saw that the girl was just staring at her plate of food with a hesitant expression.

"I... I want to watch bro's game tomorrow" - The girl said in a low voice, unable to look at her brother.

Since Shun left Tokyo Nakano, he had never invited anyone from his family to watch his games. His mother had tried once last year. She asked the boy if she could come watch, but when she saw that he was uncomfortable with the idea, she decided not to bring it up again.

"Yumi!" - Aiko quickly spoke, not wanting to spoil her son's mood. This wasn't the first time Yumi wanted to watch her brother play, but it was the first time she said it in front of him.

"It's okay, mom. I'm happy that Yumi wants to watch me. Do you think you can take her tomorrow?" - Shun spoke with a smile on his face. Before, he was embarrassed for his family to see him play. But now, seeing his little sister's desire to cheer for him, there was no way he could refuse. This time, he believed he could play well and win, he wouldn't let anyone down again.

"Huh? Of course!" - Aiko was a bit surprised by her son's change in attitude, but this surprise quickly turned into happiness.

"Hehe, Yumi, your big brother is going to score a bunch of runs for you!" - Shun said with a smile as he placed his hand on his little sister's head.

"Yeeahh!" - Little Yumi was happy with her brother's promise.

Shun chatted cheerfully with his mother and younger sister, then went upstairs to his room to sleep. Since the system was offline, he set his alarm for the time he usually woke up. Shun then laid his head on the pillow, but it took him a while to fall asleep due to all the excitement he was feeling.

The sound of the alarm woke Shun. The boy quickly hit the alarm clock to stop it from ringing. Before he could even get up properly, Shun heard the system notification in his head.
