A young man could be seen lying flat, lifelessly on a state-of-the-art operating table in a small lab, the laboratory is a sterile, well-lit room filled with advanced medical equipment. The young man on the operating table had his two eyes plucked out with his tummy half opened, the skin is not entirely cut out.

Just a few distance away from him, a medical tray could be be seen with different surgical tools lying on it, with the likes of scalpel and forceps bloodied, but what stood out on the medical tray is a pair of eyeballs, opened widely, and staring down at the body of the young man laid on the operating table.
