Hermione intentionally let her magic power run amok. Normally she would have a hard time using magic like this.
But after she had sex with Sullivan and drank his sacred water. She could feel that her magic core became stronger and stronger.
Now she had almost three times the amount she usually had and the rate of recovery was insane.
She looked at Cinder who had an ashen face right now.
She might be afraid of her because the amount of magic she can perceive through the air was much more than hers and was stronger than hers.
Hermione did what she did because she wanted to know how sensitive the maidens were if they were to be exposed to magic that originated from magic core.
And as she had expected. Cinder was sensitive to magic from her magic core. She was now looking at her with a terrified expression. She might have information about her because Tsunade told her but that didn't mean she would tell her everything.
'I really like her expression. She is like a rat being caught in a trap and can't get out.'
She was so confident and looked down on everyone here.
Hermione really hated these kinds of people the most. Even though she was bossy she never looked down on anyone.
She thought about the past. She was the one who had been discriminated against and looked down upon since she had stepped foot into the magical world.
Being a muggle born witch wasn't good for her health at all.
'Let's make her suffer more before giving her to Sol.'
Hermione embraced her true self that she never thought she had before. She was sadistic and masochist at the same time. She was sadistic to the enemy and masochist to Sullivan.
She would make Cinder pissed her pants. For self satisfaction.
Cinder had a hard time breathing. She was trying to use her magic to offset the magic in the air but it was really hard.
She felt like she was in the presence of another queen.
'She is as strong as Salem…'
Cinder didn't think that the one she got information from the broker would be able to use magic. She didn't blame it on the broker because no one knew the existence of magic.
She told her that she had power similar to the vice headmaster of the beacon which understandable.
Emerald, who was now fascinated by the changing of the terrain inside the classroom, noticed that something was wrong with Cinder. She couldn't help but speak to her in concern.
"Are you okay? Your face is very pale now."
And when Emerald said that, Mercury then looked at her and saw the same. He wasn't like Emerald, who was very concerned about her health. His concern was somewhere else.
He looked around to see what would be the cause that made her be like this.
He didn't see anything that could potentially be the cause.
Cinder took a deep breath now she felt the magic in the air had become lesser. She tried to focus and look at Hermione but she had already disappeared.
"Where is the instructor now?"
Cinder didn't answer the question that Emerald asked her but replied with a question instead.
Emerald was concerned about her so she didn't focus on Hermione. She looked back at the center of the open area and didn't see her anywhere.
"She just disappeared. I don't know if it is her semblance or not. But it's kind of cool."
Mercury saw Hermione apparating away and when he heard Cinder question about where the instructor was. He knew immediately that she might be the one who caused Cinder to be like this.
And when he thought about that. He and everyone in the class heard her voice coming from everywhere.
"Attention please, Now the real class will begin. The city will be invaded by white fangs and grimm. Please try to survive and help as many people as you can!"
After the announcement something happened.
Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald looked at everything that's happening right now. Wasn't the scene they witnessed indicative of what would happen when their plan came into motion? How come the scenario of the combat class was the same as what they had planned?
