Inside a dimly lit bathroom, Hirvan looked at his reflection in the mirror. His once vibrant red hair now was deep black, while his blue azure eyes were hidden under a brown contact lens. His appearance had turned to that of an ordinary young man, hardly noticeable in a crowd.
Hirvan ruffled his still-wet hair and sighed. Moving from that luxury house into this small dark room felt as if he had descended from heaven to hell. But this was a small price to pay for dragging all his loved ones to his mess.
Drying his wet face with a towel, he thought to himself with contempt.
'You have enjoyed the life of the rich far more than you deserved...'
Throwing the towel away, he returned to the cramped room he had rented.
The muffled sounds of car engines, honks and people shouting were the constant reminders of his new environment.
