As they arrived at the mansion, the massive doors swung open, revealing the familiar figure of Uncle Tian, the elderly butler, standing in the doorway. His posture was formal, but the concern etched into his face was unmistakable.
"Young master, you're here!" Uncle Tian's voice trembled slightly as he stepped closer, his eyes scanning Hirvan from head to toe. "We were so worried about you."
Hirvan's chest tightened with guilt. He had been reckless, and seeing the worry in Uncle Tian's eyes only deepened the feeling. His head lowered slightly, unable to meet the butler's gaze.
