Kapitel 34: Returned

Bucky huffs. "What's taking them so long?"

He and the Great Elder has been waiting outside for hours. The sun's about to go down, yet there's still no trace of them. Realizing something, he dramatically gasps.

"They're not… dead, are they?! Grandpa!?" He accusingly glares at his grandfather.

The latter rolled his eyes.

"They knew what they were getting themselves into. If they die or not, it's not our fault."

"Hmph."

A few minutes later, four figures emerge from the palace. They looked untouched and without any wounds. The Great Elder's eyes narrowed.

"You're back!" Bucky excitedly walks over to them. "Well? What did you see?"

"Well, we found the treasure room." Alice glances at the Great Elder. "The knights were defeated and they left us something."

She held out the book.

"…"

Bucky seized the book sassily. "What the hell? All that trouble for a book?"
