As Michael walks to school, lost in thought. As he turns a corner,
He sees a couple walking hand in hand, laughing and gazing into each other's eyes.
Suddenly, he's hit with a wave of nostalgia and his mind flashes back to the day.
He found out about Sarah and Malik._
_Flashback: Michael is sitting in class, full of lively students talking about what they have done or
what they will do in the coming weekend.
As Michael is staring blankly at the teacher he can't help but hear.
Whispers start circulating around him, and he catches snippets of conversation about Sarah and Malik.
At first, he thinks it's just rumors, because he knows that Malik would never Date Sarah
but then he sees them together in the hallway, holding hands and smiling at each other.
And as Michael sees Sarah smiling at Malik he knows that that's her true smile.
meaning she is actually happy about Dating Malik.
But Michael can't help but feel like he's been betrayed by his own Brother and Sarah.
It's not even Jayden that betrayed him but Malik .
He feels like he has been punched in the gut
He can't believe his best friend/brother and the girl he's had a crush on for years are now a couple._
As Michael is staring blankly at Malik and Sarah he can't help but feel frustrated.
Michael eyes locked onto Sarah and Malik,his jaw clenched in frustration.
"What are they doing?"he muttered to himself,his hands curling into fists.
He took a step forward , but then he hesitated, unsure of what to do next as .
He crosses his arms, his posture rigid as if trying to control his raging emotions,
But his eyes betray his turmoil.
_Michael's mind races back to the present as he watches the couple walk by.
He can't help but feel a pang of jealousy and regret.
Why did he never confess his feelings to Sarah?
Why did Malik not tell him about their relationship sooner?
End of flash Back.....
_Now, as he watches the couple walk by, Michael can't help but wonder what could have been if he had confessed his feelings to Sarah.
Would they be the ones holding hands and laughing together?
The thought stings, and Michael pushes it aside, focusing on the present moment.
The questions swirl in his head as he continues walking to school, his emotions in turmoil._
_Michael's mind flashes back to the day he met Sarah in elementary school.
They were in the same class, and he remembered being drawn to her kind smile and infectious laugh.
As they grew older, they became close friends, bonding over shared interests and secrets.
Michael always felt comfortable around Sarah, but he never mustered the courage to tell her about his crush.
He was afraid of ruining their friendship, so he kept his feelings hidden._
End of flash back...
Michael :(And maybe that's what ruined our friendship in the first place) well the isn't anything I can do about it now.
But it still annoys me that Malik didn't say anything.
when we talked about how I Still have a Crush on Sarah when he is actually dating her.
