Kapitel 19: CHAPTER NINETEEN: PLEASE TRY TO REMEMBER ME.

 AGATHA'S POV

Kethan stopped a few steps away from me, his face filled with anxiousness, trying very hard to recall who we were.

"You don't know me? I'm- I'm- Agatha, your wife," I stammered in between my sobs.

"I'm your wife," I slowly repeated but was jammed with silence.

"Okay if you don't know me…look," I said, dragging the already weeping Lunaria to the front.

"She's your mother…your mother…mother…the queen," I stammered repeatedly, but still got no reply except for him coldly staring at me thinking I was crazy.

"Okay how about Caspian- he's your ordained chief guard, you were like brothers…you don't know him too," I murmured, my gentle sobs echoing through the riverside.

"Okay, how about Tempestina, the one who added a poisonous herb to your meal? Drystan mother, the one who killed you. You hate her; you don't remember someone you hate too?" I yelled out in agony.

"Remember us right now… look at me, it's me- your Agatha. We went to war together and- and I woke up in your arms each morning," I whispered, moving closer to Kethan.

"When I got beaten up by some palace maid you went into my gown just to beat up a lady…" I muttered nervously, hoping to get a reaction but my needs were stepped on.

"Kethan please remember me," I screamed out, walking close enough for him to grab a glimpse of my face.

"Step away from me or you will get hurt," Kethan coldly declared.

The force of his voice sent me stumbling backward in fear, ears ringing.

"It's of no use Agatha; he won't remember anyone," Tempestina blurted out, pulling me closer to herself.

"Why? Why won't he…tell me why," I yelled out in disagreement.

"Come here… make him remember. He's your son, fucking make my husband remember!" I screamed, pulling Lunaria closer.

"Let go of me Agatha," Lunaria pleaded weeping.

"And you… you killed him, he should remember the one who killed him right? It happens a lot in movies, DO SOMETHING! All of you."

I collapsed to the group, yelling and weeping in agony.

"You are here yet you are not here, I missed you so please remember…remember me Kethan," I whispered.

Kethan just stood there, without glitching. All my whelming tears and screams went unnoticed like loose dust.

There was no sign of pity, no emotions in his eyes. He was just there, watching all the dramas that meant nothing to him.

Perhaps rising from the dead did more than expected to him as the last word of the priest came sliding into my head.

"This responsibility has consequences."

"Right…I make him weak, he won't remember me," I muttered, heartbroken.

Drystan walked in with his men, it was devastating.

"How did he find us," I thought, confused.

"Dear Agatha, what are you searching for that made you leave me?" Drystan asked with an irritating smile.

"I found Ke…" I froze, my eyes searching through every angle.

"Where is he?" I thought, shocked.

He was no longer where he was standing, it was like he vanished or he was never there.

I looked at Lunaria and she looked as shocked as I was.

"Are you searching for the white deer? You can't find it here honey, let's search for it together next time," Drystan declared.

"He doesn't know Kethan was alive," I thought, perplexed.

"Were you looking for me?" I asked, staring at Drystan.

"Of Course yes, you were taking very long so I got worried," Drystan replied, walking closer to me.

"Worried?" I asked sarcastically.

"Yes, worried…about the white deer. My amplifier," Drystan announced.

"It's not yours," I retorted in fury.

"Yes, it is, you and the amplifiers are mine. Lock them up," Drystan commanded.

"And as for my mother, throw her into the dungeon for reptiles to fist on. That's for betraying me,'' he added, walking away.

"No…no," I yelled.

The guards came closer and tied us, brutally throwing us into the cart.

"Kethan, I know you can hear me. Save us," I whispered with a drop of silent tears.

When we got to the kingdom, Tempestina was thrown into the dungeon while Lunaria, Caspian, and I were locked up.

"Will she be able to survive it?" I asked, ogling at Lunaria.

"No, not if she's human. She can't survive that place," Lunaria blurted out.

"But she's ancient," I retorted.

"Yes, but she's not carrying the plague like Drystan. I'm assuming she's just ancient…nothing more," Lunaria declared.

"Do you think Kethan will come?" Lunaria asked with a sad smile.

"I doubt that, did you see his eyes? It was all scary and emotionless. He doesn't care anymore," I replied sadly, puffing out a sign of frustration.

A guard walked towards us, opening the door to the prison.

"The king has sent for you," he announced, pulling me out.

I looked at Lunaria before getting dragged away, into Drystan's chamber.

"What do you want?" I coldly asked.

"That's mean, you won't even greet the king," Drystan retorted and scoffed.

"I'd rather be in prison than here," I responded in disgust.

"OUCH! Okay then, since that's what you want; straight to business. I want you to point me towards the direction of the white deer," Drystan blurted out in seriousness.

"And why would I do that?" I responded, protesting.

"Because I asked you to," Drystan retorted.

"Remind me who you are again," I said and smirked.

"I am the king. I get what I want," Drystan yelled.

"Ow ow…not this one. You won't get the deer," I yelled back.

Drystan stared at me, I could feel the anger oozing out of his skin.

"Kill Lunaria," Drystan commanded the guard.

"Wait!" I yelled in shock.

"That's what I thought. Now why don't we do this again; Where is it?" Drystan asked.

"In the woods," I replied.

"Where in the woods?" Drystan asked.

"I don't know. But I know it's there in the woods. You'd have to survey the entire woods," I responded.

"Lock her up and gather the men, we leave in an hour," Drystan commanded, and I was taken away, back into the prison.

"What does he want?" Lunaria asked, staring at me.

"What else, power? He wants the white deer," I responded.

"Did you tell him where it was," Lunaria asked, anxiously.

"He was going to kill you," I blurted out.

"Does he know about Kethan yet?" Lunaria asked.

"No, he doesn't. He thought we were searching for the amplifier," I replied.

A sound came from outside the prison, sending shivers down our spine.

"Kethan," I nervously whispered.

"C'mon, get out now…you need to leave this kingdom," Tempestina whispered back.

"You? How did you- how did you get out of the dungeon," Lunaria asked in shock.

"That's the least of things you should worry about right now," Tempestina fired back.

"Drystan is after the amplifier. Agatha, get Caspain quickly, three of you should find Kethan and lead him to the white deer," Tempestina ordered.

"And I would do that?" I questioned in confusion.

"It's time to use what I trained you. Remember…you are connected to everything and everyone. Concentrate," Tempestina responded.

"Okay, let's say I find Kethan… how do I convince him to come with me?" I asked.

"You don't need to…he's waiting for you. As the lead to the amplifiers, and not his wife; Agatha your husband is dead," Tempestina announced.

"Get to the white deer and make sure Kethan kills it. If Drystan kills it first then he gets amplified. Kethan needs to kill it to get the powers; do you understand?" Tempestina asked.

"Yes, how about you?" I retorted.

"I'll catch up with you all. I can take care of myself," Tempestina responded positively.

"What are you?" I asked in doubt.

"I am a witch, I am that evil witch that cursed Drystan's father."
