The morning sun streamed through the large windows of the dining room, casting a warm glow on the elegant setup. The table was adorned with a simple yet tasteful arrangement of fresh flowers, and the scent of freshly brewed coffee filled the air.

Jessica made her way to the dining room with Emily, holding her little hand. Emily was still in her pajamas, her curly hair slightly tousled from sleep, while Jessica had dressed in a comfortable yet professional outfit, ready for the day ahead.

Damon was already seated at the table, dressed sharply in a tailored suit, his tie impeccably knotted. He looked up from his coffee cup as they entered, a warm smile spreading across his face.

Emily beamed at her father. "Good morning, Daddy!"

Damon leaned over and ruffled Emily's hair. "Good morning, Angel. Did you sleep well, sweetheart?"

Emily nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, Daddy! I dreamt about a dinosaur and a princess."
