Legend has it that King Arthur had a total of 12 Knights of the Round Table.
Among them, the most famous were Lancelot and Gawain. In many rumors, the term "White Horse Prince" was originally used to describe Knight Gawain.
In one of the many stories passed down, there was mention that in order to fulfill a mission, Gawain had to marry an ugly witch.
After the marriage, the witch told Gawain that she was cursed to have two different forms during the day and night.
Gawain could choose to let the witch become a beautiful princess during the day, allowing him to enjoy the praise and envy of those around him.
But then at nightfall, Gawain would be faced with an ugly witch.
Conversely, Gawain could choose to let the witch remain ugly during the day, although this would attract some ridicule.
But when the sun set, the ugly witch would turn into a charming fairy with whom he could enjoy delights.
Faced with the two choices, the noble Gawain gave the final decision to the witch.
