"What are those eyes?"
Senju Hashirama, who had been closely observing Madara, immediately noticed the change in his Sharingan. What made him even more uneasy was the extremely cold chakra emanating from Madara's eyes.
"Hashirama, starting now, I will go all out!" Madara declared in a low voice, his long hair whipping around him as he prepared to unleash the secret of the Mangekyō Sharingan: Susanoo.
However, at that critical moment, a voice rang out that shocked everyone—"All Senju, stop! If you don't want him to die!"
Izuna's voice!
The thought flashed through Madara and the others' minds, and they turned to see Izuna standing atop a small rock formation, about seven or eight meters high. He held Senju Tobirama by the collar, showcasing the scene to the hundreds of ninjas from both Uchiha and Senju below.
"Senju ninja, stop attacking immediately, or I will kill him!" Izuna repeated his threat.
"Master Tobirama, how could this be possible?!"
"Did Tobirama-sama go on a secret operation?"
"Why was he captured by Uchiha Izuna?"
The Senju clan ninjas were stunned into silence. On the other hand, the Uchiha, though equally shocked, soon felt a wave of joy wash over them.
"It turns out Izuna-sama went to capture Senju Tobirama!"
"Hahaha! Great! This way, the situation on the battlefield will completely reverse!"
"You truly are worthy of your title, Izuna-sama!"
"Tobirama was captured? How could this happen?!"
Senju Kawaragi, who had previously been confident about Senju Tobirama's plan, now stared in disbelief. The very notion that Tobirama could be captured was inconceivable. Even with his exceptional Flying Thunder God technique, the idea that Izuna could outmaneuver him was shocking.
Madara's eyes narrowed, then a proud smile crept onto his face. "So you went to capture Senju Tobirama? Well done, Izuna. This changes everything."
"Izuna, let Tobirama go! We can discuss this easily!" shouted Senju Hashirama, ever the concerned brother.
Senju Kawaragi, a Kage-level ninja, instantly appeared above Izuna and Senju Tobirama, sword aimed at Izuna's head. His speed rivaled that of the future Uchiha clan's [Instant Shisui].
But he wasn't the only powerful ninja on the field. Uchiha Ishiki, standing behind Madara, also disappeared in an instant, positioning himself next to Kawaragi in mid-air. He threw a kunai infused with wind chakra toward Kawaragi's sword.
Kawaragi swung his blade.
Bang!
The kunai and sword collided, sending sparks flying. The kunai was deflected, leaving a noticeable crack in Kawaragi's sword.
The two Kage-level ninjas landed on either side of the rock where Izuna and Senju Tobirama stood. Izuna glared fiercely and swiftly plunged a kunai into Senju Tobirama's shoulder.
Wow!
"Ugh!" Tobirama gasped in pain, blood splattering from the wound and staining the blue armor on his shoulder.
"Tobirama-sama!" the Senju ninjas exclaimed in shock.
"Uchiha Izuna! What do you want?!" Senju Kawaragi shouted, his eyes bloodshot with rage.
"This is just a warning," Izuna replied with a wicked smile, pressing the kunai against Tobirama's neck. "If you dare to act again, the next part to be severed will be enough to kill Senju Tobirama."
"You bastard!" Senju Hashirama roared.
"Everyone, put down your weapons!!" Hashirama's powerful command cut through the chaos of the battlefield, silencing both clans.
"As expected of the future God of the Ninja World; he is impressive even now," Izuna thought, a hint of apprehension creeping in despite his power.
"Izuna, tell me your conditions," Senju Hashirama said, straining to suppress his anger.
"It's simple," Izuna shouted. "In this battle, Senju must compensate Uchiha for all economic losses, withdraw from all territories west of the border occupied by Uchiha, and sign an agreement not to wage war with Uchiha for five years!"
The condition sent shockwaves through the Senju army, stirring up a frenzy of outrage.
"Uchiha Izuna, you are shameless!"
"Young Clan Leader Hashirama, don't listen to him!"
"Let's all act together to rescue Lord Tobirama!"
This demand was akin to skinning the Senju clan alive. Even Senju Tobirama, held captive, shot a venomous glare at Izuna. "You truly are a lion, Uchiha Izuna."
"Are you, a sneak attack artist, qualified to say that?" Izuna retorted, pressing the kunai deeper against Tobirama's neck, warning the Senju not to act rashly.
"Okay! I'm with you..." Hashirama began, eager to agree, but was interrupted by Senju Kawaragi, who shouted, "Before this, don't try to hurt Tobirama! Otherwise, we Senju will gather all our strength and fight you Uchiha to the death!"
Despite the threat, Izuna remained calm, "Alright! I'll give you one night."
After saying this, Izuna exchanged a knowing look with Madara, who raised his head and shouted, "Everyone, return to the camp!"
The battle between Uchiha and Senju had to be paused due to Izuna holding Senju Tobirama hostage. This marked the first official meeting of the four chosen sons of this era: Uchiha Izuna, Uchiha Madara, Senju Hashirama, and Senju Tobirama.
