The instructor, radiating energy and authority, observed the rows of students before her.

Although most of them already showed signs of exhaustion after the warm-up, her firm and commanding voice rang out again:

"Alright! Get ready for the real workout! You didn't come here to stand around like statues. We're going to work every part of your body. Everyone on the ground! Start with planks—elbows down, back straight. And I don't want to see anyone drop until I say so!"

Anna glanced at her classmates, confused.

"Planks? What are those?"

Before she could get an answer, Elara was already in position, and Aria gestured with her usual teasing grin.

"Watch and copy. This is basic stuff. Come on, don't fall behind."

Awkwardly, Anna got down on her knees, then tried to mimic Elara's posture.

It only took a few seconds for her arms to start trembling.
