Kapitel 88: Meeting and the beginning of everything

"You've killed enough, even planning to use chemical weapons..." Before the soldier finished his words, Lelouch kicked him away.
"I'm telling you, there is no poison gas here, it's just made by Britannia, right?... don't kill it?, then destroy Britannia!" Lelouch said as he walked out of the darkness.
Hearing Lelouch's voice and seeing him under the light, the soldier was shocked to find out that the person he kicked earlier was his childhood friend.
"You... Lelouch?, it's me Susazku, what are you here?" Said the soldier who was Suzaku while taking off his helmet.
Seeing Suzaku, Lelouch was also surprised because he didn't expect that his friend would become a Britannian soldier.
Suzaku is the son of the Prime Minister of Japan before it was conquered by Britannia and was Lelouch's childhood playmate. So Lelouch was surprised that Suzaku was now a soldier of the enemy that had conquered his country.
While they were talking, a round object beside them immediately released smoke and a bright light emerged from within the object.
When the light faded, what emerged from inside the object was not poisonous gas as reported by the Britannian army, but a beautiful green-haired girl wearing a long white dress like the uniform worn by someone who was used as experimental material in a laboratory with several belts tied around her body. The girl's mouth was also tightly closed.
When they checked on the girl, Britannian troops immediately surrounded them and asked Suzaku to shoot Lelouch, but because Suzaku refused, Suzaku was immediately shot by the leader of the troops and it was unknown whether he was still alive or dead.
Lelouch looked around to find a way out of this situation, even though Lelouch was worried about Suzaku's condition, but right now the main priority was to escape.
Meanwhile, the dying Nagata saw Britannian troops nearby and knowing that he could no longer live, he decided to carry out a suicide attack by detonating the bomb on the truck.

The voice didn't respond to Lelouch's question but continued to echo in his mind
'Is that woman...' Lelouch thought as he remembered the mysterious woman who suddenly came back to life after being shot in the head.
