As soon as Rise put the mask on his face, it instantly stuck on his skin, not out of place in the slightest. He touched his face, and the sensation was not really different from his skin. 

Almost at the same time, Kamille had also equipped his mask. Rise looked at him and saw that everything was covered on his face beside his eyes, and he knew that it was the same for him. 

Looking at each other for a moment, both eventually nodded, indicating they were ready. At some point, Rise's hand slid down from Kamille's arm and just resorted to holding his hand. 

Kamille also did not let go and instead tightly grasped it. Though Rise knew it was only to prevent Rise from getting lost once they were already underwater. His heart still could not help but skip a beat. 

He glanced at Kamille and smiled, even if the other would not be able to see his smile. The two stared at each other for a few seconds.
