Kapitel 24: Returning to the Sect

Now that Liu Zheng is able to make 10 different kinds of shape, change them and maintain them at same time the next step was to make them sharp and the act of cutting.
Sharpening it wasn't a big deal and just required a lot of practice so it was completed in just 2 days.
For cutting he needed to be able to control the moments of all 10s of them or even more at the same time and make straight cuts from many different angels at the same time which again put some burden on his soul as well as time consuming to become skilled at it.
It took him around 10 days to master this step and honestly he felt as though that now this half-developed technique was already amazing by a lot of standard because it could be used just as it was or the application of it could be to use 10 different Qi swords attacking from different angles but leaving it half way didn't suit him at all.

So now he was left with the last part which required his intelligence to totally perfect this technique by removing the unnecessary steps and truly make it perfect offensive spatial technique.
Removing the step of making the ball was easy to directly make shapes with sharp edges but to remove the shapes too and them make linear cut was the more difficult part because he needed to maintain the power to conserve its lethality.
He eventually overcame that too by slowly increasing the concentration of space force and reducing its size one step at a time and repeated it again and again until the no shape and just a linear cut with the same strength and lethality which was achieved in the last step.
To make it even more faster so that no one could detect it in time and even if they could, they won't be able to dodge all of them ( unless their cultivation is more than a major realm higher than him but in that case their body would just be too strong to leave any significant damage) it took him another few days.
All in all it took Liu Zheng around a month and a half and he had fully mastered this new spatial technique.
To test it properly, he went back to the same unfortunate tree again and performed 10 instantaneous slashes at it and the tree was cut in many pieces.
It was a good tree which Liu Zheng will remember.

'Hahaha, this technique is totally amazing. Let me try it a bit more.' Liu Zheng thought and slashed the tree behind in 4 pieces without even moving from his position.
He stretched his hands on both sides slashed 12 trees at once in halves making them fall to the ground. Liu Zheng was so immersed in it that by the time he was done hundreds upon hundreds of trees were gone but he didn't move from his position.
'Now let's wash up and return to the sect. In about a week it will be 4 whole months since i have left the sect. Liu Zheng thought to himself and started making preparations to leave. He had also reached True Element 4th stage after making so many advancements in the dao of space as well as continuous cultivation.
Before going to the sect Liu Zheng went to the capital city where he asked about the war city where the Inheritance war takes place and there he activated the [Map] option and searched for a place surrounded by mountains.
It took him about a week before he was finally able to see a glowing blue dot on the Map and finally found a cave surrounded by ice. He went inside the cave and found the Ice Crystal Jade Bed that provided her with the a ice type body later developed in the ice sect of the tong xuan realm.
He was happy that could find it so quickly in such a wide area and rushed back to the sect at full speed and reached there in about 2 days. Instead of going through the normal entrance, he directly went inside the dragon ravine and with the help of the yin-yang conflagrated knowledge sea, the yin qi didn't affect him at all and found the dead body of the devil which was killed by the sect ancestor which was currently locked up in a yang attributed chain.
'Yang Bai truly had escaped from here some time ago and should be coming back in a few months. I need to at least attain bankai and break through to Immortal Ascension mid stages to be able to smoothly overwhelm him and the Capital's 8 great bastards' Liu Zheng thought to himself after confirming the situation there.
He sighed heavily and said to himself "A lot of work to do now to live comfortably in the future, huh? There is no comfortable in Martial Peak I guess but at least I have Sister Xia". He smiled and flew upwards to leave the dragon ravine and went directly to the contribution hall to meet her.
But Meng Wu Ya wasn't present there in his usual seat but some other guy.
"Greetings, Elder. Is Treasurer Meng not here today?" Liu Zheng asked the elderly person sitting there.
"Huh? Have you not been in the sect for while? Treasurer Meng left the sect for some outside a month ago taking a long leave." He replied.
Liu Zheng had a bad feeling so he said his farewells and went to search for Sister Xia in the Shadow hall then the pill hall but there was no signs of her. Upon further inquiry he found out that she had took a leave and left the sect about a month ago. He was very disappointed to not be able to meet her right away but knew that she was probably out with her master to gain some alchemy knowledge and would end up in the medicine king valley later on where he could meet her.
He instead went to meet the sect master to report his arrival. The sect master was very impressed but not surprised with his cultivation progress because he knew getting suprised isn't of any use when it comes Liu Zheng.
He told him about his adventures in the island which did shock the sect master because being able to deal with two 6th grade monsters and coming out unscathed wasn't something even he could do even though Liu Zheng did use some dirty tricks, it is the one who survives is the strongest not the strongest who always survives.
Liu Zheng handed him the spirit pill he found on the island even though he tried his best to refuse but had to accept under Liu Zheng's constant insistent and reasonings that he has even better ones himself which he lied about.
The sect master was one of the truly good natured man with the best of intentions towards his disciples so he wanted to help him as well as prepare him for Yang Bai and allow him to kill that failure himself.
He decided to sleep early tonight and slept until a day later afternoon because his body and mind required the much needed rest. After waking up he ate some monster meat he brought from the island and did some other chores.
It was now time to uncover the treasure which has been bugging him in his [Map] everyday he stays at the sect.
He was currently hovering over the place where the the inheritance was wondering which method would be the best to blast this underlying area and create a big crater.
Liu Zheng took out both his Zanpakutos and with the shorter one drew a horizontal stationary getsuga and used the big one to make a vertical one before yelling "GETSUGA JUJISHOOOOO" and launched it towards the ground.
An orange and blue coloured energy shot up to the sky transforming into a dragon and phoenix which attracted the attention of all the nearby sects.
The people from the Blood Battle Gang were the first ones to arrive on the spot but Liu Zheng not in a mood to answer their questions simply jumped inside the hole believing the 3 sects will do the things as the original.
After landing inside, he found himself in a cave with many statues around which he recognised to be the ones that grant skills. They charged towards him but Liu Zheng wasn't interested in them so he sent a few void slashes towards them and the next second they were all in pieces.
First thing on his agenda was to flare up his special yin-yang qi to attract the yin-yang ginseng so he went around the whole area trying to find it and lastly did after a day.
In the meantime people from the 3 sects started arriving but he didn't mind bothering with them and focused on killing a few monsters to collect their cores which were up to 5th grade.
Next was the old demon which now wouldn't be able to gain his former strength as Liu Zheng had already absorbed all his previous opportunities and had use for the demon body so it was better to eliminate him.
Liu Zheng found his cave and entered it and right from the start he began to hear some voices in his head
"Young one, do you seek my inheritence?"
"Have you been wronged and lust for revenge?"
"Yes" Liu Zheng replied.
"I can help you achieve your revenge. Just give me a nod and I will entrust you with everything I have"
"Sorry bro, can't do that. Zangetsu do whatever you wish with him." he replied and summoned zangetsu to deal with and left the cave.
Liu Zheng heard a few screams and plea for help but he didn't bother and zangetsu came out with a happy expression who strength had grown a tiny bit.
"It truly was an evil soul, king and very delicious in taste ." He started to explain the taste of his soul but was too disgusting to me so Liu Zheng just sent him back and decided to rest until the 6th grade monster comes out.
After 7 days of cultivation in the cave, he sensed a huge battle going on some distance away from him and knew it was the right time.
Members of the high heaven palace were fighting a huge tortoise monster which was 6th grade in power but due to its inability to transform, it only has raw power of 6th grade and combat power of 5th grade.
'Yang Kai damaging it severely at initial element realm was a huge plot hole or we can his luck which helped him every time. Oh I remember, I need to ask whether he would actually pledge his allegiance or experience the misfortune of being a potential threat.' Liu Zheng was thinking to himself while observing the whole situation.
Su Yan was also fighting it but clearly hadn't gone all out with her True Element 4th grade cultivation because the disciples would get killed in the way. She ordered everyone to retreat and summoned her "Susanoo" and pushed the tortoise back while freezing its arms slowly.
Liu Zheng knowing she couldn't really do it as she was going to reach her limit very soon and didn't want to see her getting injured used sonido and appeared in front of her.
"Liu Zheng?! Is it you? What are you doing here? Get away or you'll get injured." Su Yan was shocked to see someone appearing in front of her but quickly realised that he was very similar to Liu Zheng she knew but has grown more handsome and taller though she didn't sense any Qi from him so she couldn't recognise his power.
"I am really happy to know that you remember me Senior Sister but it is time for you to get back because we both know you will soon reach your limit and that might cause some serious internal injuries. So just stand back and let me take care of it." Liu Zheng replied as he put a hand on her shoulder and used sonido to instantly take her away from there.
After taking her to a safe distance away from the monster, Su Yan said "Wait! Liu Zheng---" but couldn't complete her sentence as Liu Zheng vanished at a speed that her eyes couldn't keep up with.
Watching down on the tortoise monster he pointed his forefinger and middle finger to its eye and fired a full powered void beam on it rendering his right eye useless.
The tortoise screamed in pain but Liu Zheng didn't give it any time and used sonido to appear above his neck, summoned his zanpakuto after crossing his arms and fired a Getsuga Jujisho severely injuring his neck and then targeted his other eye with 20 void slashes the next instant.
Now the neck was injured enough and the tortoise was completely blinded so he activated his void and poured all of his Qi and spiritual energy to gather as much space force as he could and fired another void beam right at the spot of injury.
The tortoise was in pain and tried to run away but Liu Zheng followed him and kept void beam continue to damage the same spot eventually allowing it to pass through and Liu Zheng moving the beam to cut of his neck completely.
Liu Zheng landed on his head and took out the monster core. Now possessing all of the cores, he knew it was time for the inheritance.

Next chapter should be having a R-18 scene but as you guys must have seen i can't even write that good of a story but just a story so the next chapter would either be heavily inspired form somewhere or an original which will give you ED.
And i must ask you guys. Are R-18 scenes necessary in a fanfic of Martial Peak and you want to see it?
I think they are so i will try to manage it somehow but what do you guys think
