Kapitel 31: Merging The Companies

"We will be merging the company with Claire's." His father informed him. Right away, he put the phone in his ear from the speaker.

It was a serious matter for him.

"Why would you want to merge the company?" He was surprised by his grandfather's sudden decision. It was so sudden to him because he didn't even get to know about it at first.

"Claire's company is facing some defaults. It would get stronger once they could both join hands." His grandfather explained it to him.

"Did she prepare you for this?"" Joshua didn't want to merge his company with that of someone else. He knew that it was his grandfather who had handed it over to him, but he didn't want anyone to feel like a burden to him.

He was finding it so hard to regurgitate. "She didn't even know about it. We have yet to tell her. You have no choice but to agree to it." His grandfather ended the call without getting a response.
