These wind wolf packs consists of beast with the cultivation of first step foundation establishment and second step foundation establishment realm beast with their leader at the third step foundation realm beast.

But this was not the problem, these beast that have broken through the foundation establishment realm and has awakened sliver of their intelligence making them hard to kill. Also The wolf leader is a little bit cunning making it hard for him to face the entire wind wolf pack.
