[MATURE CONTENTS, STRICTLY 18+ RATED, PREJUDICE, RACISM INJUSTICE, BL]
In the turbulent 1960s America, young Tommy embarks on a journey from the humble streets of Kentucky to the prestigious, predominantly white Shan'titon High in Tennessee.
On his first day of school, Tommy encounters Benjamin, a strikingly handsome senior with almost otherworldly blonde hair and eyes to match.
Their paths had crossed once before, in the smoky ambiance of a Copa poker game, where Tommy first felt the magnetic pull of Benjamin's gaze.
Despite his mother's ominous warnings about men with such rare beauty, Tommy can't help but feel drawn to Benjamin's enigmatic presence. But was the feeling mutual?
"Nay,"
"Nil,"
"No,"
"Never!"
He was going to let go of this feeling that was not and would never be mutual but, what's to be his decision when Benjamin was the only one capable of helping him get his inheritance? the only one that could assure his safety?
"Hmmm, I should get him to fall in love with me."

Schreiben Sie eine RezensionI'm gonna say nothing. [img=recommend] I mean, it's a surprise just read and i swear you'd feel the urge to drop a review after finishing chapter two...
I am a big fan of the historical aspect of the novel. Especially the real racism in that era. Itโs a very hard part of our history and this novel portrays it well. The setting for the main character is very intriguing. A mixed homosexual in that time will have a lot of struggles. To be able to overcome the odds and achieve success will be very satisfying to read. So far Iโve enjoyed this book. It has an interesting and unique plot. I canโt wait to see more!๐
After seeing BL i instantly clicked for this ๐๐ซฃ, I love Bl ๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅน....I will surely read this book ๐
All I've got to say is that the MC has a high level of self control when facing such terrible circumstances. I only have respect towards him.
Only read up to chapter 8, but WHOA. Okay. It's been a while since my emotions have been stirred by characters. The flow of the story is smooth. The storytelling is pretty good. I really like how the author conveys the era through behavior and speech. What's so bad about being different in any and every way? I promise I'm not hiding any chanclas. I want more chapters, please and thank you for writing this story. I'm ready for the rollercoaster
The only issue I have currently is the updating stability and i believe the author would do better, aside that, what's with the book? it's really a hard to find plot and that's what makes it a good pick to read! Let's all be honest guys, this book is dope!
Only 8 chapters so far, but itโs fairly well written both in grammar/spelling/editing and in content. Racism in southern America in the 1960s is the basic background for what looks to be a coming of age story, so fair warning if one is sensitive about the subject. The lead character is mixed race with a black mother and white (deceased) father, but he presents and was raised black. His desire to inherit his white fatherโs property drives his entrance into a private white high school in Tennessee. I donโt know where the author intends to go with this, but I hope to find out.

Well, i don't really read BL but considering it was request, i couldn't ignore the first four chapters hoping MATURE CONTENTS wouldn't be in yet ๐. I love the fact that the way they talk is being portrayed by the author, i mean that's what a historical troupe consist of right? and then the background, how it's displayed too is so cool. Doesn't really seem to me as a BL yet in ch.4 but, I'm grateful ๐๐๐ This is a masterpiece. keep.it up author
