The camera immediately switched to several high-end vans entering the hospital, with dozens of bodyguards paving the way and blocking the reporters.

"After the chairman of Carter Group, Bill Carter, was admitted to the hospital for a sudden heart attack, all the directors of Carter Group have arrived... Ah! The only son of the Carter family and his fiancée are here too!"

The reporter from the leading TV station excitedly spoke to the camera, followed the crowd, and rushed toward the vans.

Lily watched the TV screen and couldn't help but clench her fists. Her heart pounded as she saw the familiar faces on the screen.

Ethan followed and sat on the bed without covering the quilt. The two of them sat cross-legged on the quilt. Ethan pulled her into his arms, noticing her tense body. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Lily shook her head, her body still stiff. This was a live broadcast, which meant Alex and Alice were outside the hospital building...
