Kapitel 196: Unreliable Renaud

Renaud was in the Capital City at the Cultivation Research Institute. It was not as big as the one in the cultivation world, but it had its merits. It was a hub for ordinary people who had some cultivation talent. 

Without the institute, most of them would be lost to mediocrity instead of rising to greater heights. Some even managed to gain residence in the cultivation world. That was usually considered a great talent because the human world had low energy.

Still, a lot of valuable research was gathered through the work of the people in the institute. In addition, it was the liaison point for missions being conducted in the human world. The head was from the cultivation world and coordinated with the main branch. 

Renaud was one of the frequent visitors to the institute.
