Kapitel 55: Own Trap

Destiny's POV

I lay on my bed wearing my purple night dress, thinking about what happened earlier. I knew I was hurt, but what if Red was telling the truth? Can I trust him again after five years since he betrayed me?

I don't know if I should believe him, but he looked sincere and had the same facial expression when I saw him with my stepsister. I have no idea which side he is on, but one thing is for sure: he was playing a game with one of us, but he turned his back on me once, and there is a big chance I was the one he was still playing all this time.

Okay! I get it. I had to pretend everything was okay until I got enough information about my father, and I would do the mission alone. I only need to buy guns and some ammunition. I never thought of myself as a rebel, but now that my father's life is at stake, I have to be brave and strong, and I don't care if I will tarnish my reputation.
