Kapitel 33: Over the wall
"No way!" Jiraiya decisively turned him down "c'mon why not I just wanna visit Ash once In a while, I would invite him over to my place but his house is so much cooler⁴. Jiraiyah sighed "Then work hard and get yourself a better house, it's not up to me to allow you into Mount myobokunow, enough of that let's go, the ladies await~". Naruto walked next to Jiraiya with a scrunched up face "Alright I understand PERVY SAGE!!".
Naruto's voice echoed through the streets of tanzakuga, when people turned to look they found nobody there. On the roof of a nearby store Jiraiya pinned Naruto to a wall while he covered his mouth "I told you it's not up to me, what sort of comprehension problem do you have?" Naruto shoved off Jiraiya's hold on him and pointed to his face "Then let me talk to someone that has that sort of power!".
Jiraiya face palmed "Those are some influential people you want to bother for no good reason". Naruto crossed his arms and stared into Jiraiya's eyes "You don't have a choice pervert". Cornered, Jiraiya sighed in defeat "I wount summon anyone for you but I'll give you some information just don't say you got it from me.... Actually just pretend you're just a whiny brat begging to visit his friend's house.... Be yourself". Naruto's brow twitched in annoyance "just get to the point geezer".
"Gamabunta has the authority so go and bother him about it some other time, let's just get to the resturant before it closes for the night" grabbing naruto's shoulder Jiraiya flickered away into the night.
Meanwhile Tsunade monitored Garms condition as shizune prepared the room for surgery. Their current location was the Tanzakuga general hospital, they were accompanied by several other doctors and nurses. Their intention was to both learn and assist Tsunade whenever needed.
"How much longer shizune?" Responding to Tsunade's inquiry "Nearly done Lady Tsunade, you, doctor in the middle make the blood bags accessible we will be needing them in short notice" the doctor followed her instructions to the letter. "Ready when you are,lady Tsunade". Countless hours were spent surgically removing each one of the blockages in Garm's Chakra pathways leaving behind only the blockage located at his Chakra coil's exit. Healing the insisions made during surgery Tsunade put the surgery to a close
Exhausted from the over night operation Tsunade and shizune moved Garm back to the hotel and went straight to bed. Around the same time Naruto and Jiraiya parted ways. Naruto decided to get some sleep so he returned to the hotel to find Garm sound asleep right where he left him 'I wonder when they'll treat him, I thought they would do that today but I guess it's a bit late for that'. After checking on his condition Naruto layed next to Garm and fell into a deep slumber.
The next day Naruto woke up to find himself alone on the bed. the sun was already high at its peak in sky. Waking up Naruto took a cold shower and brushed his teeth after he got dressed.
Walking to Tsunade's room Naruto saw a "Do not disturb" sign hung on the door. The room was dead silent "They must be busy treating Garm right now... Might as well train in the mean time".
In the forests of tanzakuga Naruto returned to his chosen training spot and took out and started reading the scroll Jiraiya gave to him the previous night. After memorizing its contents he sealed it away using a brand new seal he got one of his clones to make and used the <Multi shadow clone jutsu> at full power nearly exhausting his reserves.
The clones split into four groups, the first continued their journey on the path to master the rasengan and it's new variation the REPULSING rasengan, the second group trained their wind Chakra nature mastery by attempting to chop down the nearby trees, the third practiced seals and the fourth attempted to learn the body flicker jutsu.
Exhausted from the drain on his Chakra reserves Naruto sat under a tree to collect his energy and thoughts before he began his Taijutsu training. 'repulsing rasengan, did I just invent a new jutsu?.... no it's not perfect so I guess it doesn't count, it might as well be a poorly made rasengan. Back then when my clones used that jutsu they all got ripped to shreds and the same goes for me. All I need is for it to blow things away I don't need the destructive force of a normal rasengan'. Naruto called over a clone and told it about the desired path the repulsing rasengan should take. the clone left to spread the word amongst the rest of the clones.
After a long day's training Naruto returned to the inn to find Jiraiya waiting for him. "Ah, Naruto I was just about to come get you, we'll be going back to konoha tommorow so get to bed after after you eat".
Naruto grabbed a plate of food that Jiraiya bought and downed it like a starving beast. "How's Garm doing, I'm not worried cuz he's in La-.... Grandma Tsunade's hand's but...".
Jiraiya put down his brush and looked away from his research notes "He's fine, Tsunade might be a little rusty but she can handle anything you throw at her, he'll be healed in a few days, it's about time we call it a day". Naruto layed on his bed and rested his tired eyes.
The next day Naruto reunited with Garm. Tsunade and shizune joined them shortly after "give it a few more days and his treatment would be complete" said tsunade.
Naruto thanked them profusely while bowing his head "Thanks a lot Grandma and shizune, so you removed the stuff blocking his Chakra pathways?" curiosity overwhelmed Narutoso he pried about the operation.
Shizune pulled out a small container with chunks of steel in it "It turns out the reason Garms Chakra solidified is because he most likely possesses the steel release kekegenkai".
Shizune noticed Naruto's confusion and so she took it upon herself to explain in depth "The steel release is a kekegenkai that allows the one using it to both manipulate and conjure metals and use them to strengthen their defensive and offensive capabilities, it is an extremely useful and versatile kekegenkai congratulations Garm.in an unlikely turn of events Garm's Chakra solidified within him because of his unnaturally high affinity to steel".
Surprised by the sudden good news Garm felt that he finally managed to climb over the wall blocking his path 'I will prove myself !, this time thing will be different...' Garm set his sights on a goal to gain power to prove his worth!
